What’s Next for Tyndale?
Tyndale Classical Institute began with a simple premise: we desire to obey God’s call to give our children not merely an education, but the best education we can provide.
In January 2025, we began by teaching Latin to a humble class of fifteen students. By the spring of 2026, we expanded to offer both Latin and Literature to twenty-five students. Throughout 2025, we engaged with families in our community, listening carefully and discerning their needs.
During this time, our long-term goal has remained constant: to provide the community with a comprehensive classical Christian education. From these beginnings, we present a vision of Tyndale Classical Institute that brings together the value of home education, master teachers, and the classical tradition in a rich and rigorous K–12 school.
It is with this vision that we invite you to join us as we build a community devoted to pursuing the Truth, Goodness, and Beauty found in Christ Jesus.
Tyndale Classical Institute aims to become a K–12 school that offers a classical Christian Education through two programs, both designed to come alongside parents in providing their children with the best possible education at an affordable cost.

Christian Principles
Christ is the only way for our children to know God, to glorify Him, and to enjoy Him forever.
Since all of creation is sovereignly upheld by the word of Christ’s power, all knowledge ultimately belongs to Him.
Throughout God’s revealed plan of redemption, Scripture repeatedly and clearly commands Christian parents to raise their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
Classical Principles
The scarlet thread of God’s truth, goodness, and beauty is woven throughout two millennia of Great Books.
Western Civilization is a heritage built by faithful and courageous men and women over thousands of years, and our children must understand its roots deeply.
A classical Liberal Arts education equips students with the tools of learning so they might become free thinkers, able to reason clearly and learn for themselves.
Collaborative Principles
The family is the most fundamental building block of society. Now more than ever, parents must take first-hand responsibility for their children’s spiritual and intellectual formation.
Teachers serve parents as moral examples and masters of their disciplines, operating in loco parentis.
When institutions and families share educational responsibility, costs are reduced, and education becomes more affordable.
“The most important fact about the subject of education is that there is no such thing. Education is not a subject and it does not deal in subjects. It is instead the transfer of a way of life.” — G. K. Chesterton

Christian Methods
Tyndale Classical Institute will begin and end each school day with prayer, hymn singing, and catechism.
All subjects at Tyndale are taught as an integrated whole under the sovereign rule of Jesus Christ. Every class is, first and foremost, an opportunity to teach students to love the Truth, Goodness, and Beauty of Christ.
We do not wish to go anywhere the Lord is not going with us. This conviction guides us from the highest-level mission statement to the smallest Tuesday lesson plan.
Classical Methods
Theology, Literature, and History are woven together into an all-encompassing Great Books curriculum. Students will read, study, discuss, and wrestle with enduring truths and historical events from Creation to the present.
We prioritize learning ad fontes—“to the sources”—so students engage primary texts and encounter authors in their own historical contexts.
We restore the classical arts of grammar, logic, and rhetoric to cultivate joyful learners, disciplined thinkers, and eloquent writers and speakers. We teach students not only what to think, but how to think.
Collaborative Methods
All Tyndale students will spend at least two full weekdays at home, receiving direct instruction and guidance from their parents.
We will offer two forms of partnership with parents—
Core Program: Students will attend classes three mornings per week from 8–12 p.m. and receive instruction in the Great Books, English, Latin, and Mathematics.
Diploma Program: Students will meet three full days per week from 8–3 p.m. and receive a comprehensive classical Christian education, including the Great Books, English, Latin, Mathematics, the Natural Sciences, and the Fine Arts.
“If God spare my life, ere many years I will cause a boy that drives the plough to know more of the Scripture, than [the pope] does.” — William Tyndale

“Our son has thrived in his Latin studies in the atmosphere of Tyndale, it is more like being at home than in a classroom. Jon Ryan is warm, personal, and teaches Latin as a living language that is accessible to everyone.”

“Mr. Fennell does an excellent job of engaging students, recognizing each student's unique personality, interests, and gifts, and encouraging them as they progress.
